People of all ages have at one time or another experienced an evening where they just couldn’t seem to get to sleep. Though we would like to think that the classic solution of counting sheep is all we need to fall asleep successfully, it doesn’t always work for everyone. Too many factors go into sleep inhibitions to be cured with such a simple technique. There are, however, a lot of things you can do to help yourself fall asleep.
