At around 40-60 pounds depending on size the Space Saver bed frame is light weight.
A regular boxspring is hard to move and requires 2 people, not the Space Saver platform bed.
Assembles in minutes and maneuvers upstairs or downstairs and can even make the tightest of turns or under the lowest overhangs.
Once assembled this heavy duty platform bed is ready for your mattress. (Nothing else needed)
Have a headboard and footboard? It bolts up easily with bolt up mounting brackets that come with it at no extra charge.
Many companies claim that this allows for 14 inches of storage underneath. It is actually 13” The total height is 14” which is actually two inches lower than a traditional 9”boxspring and a 7” metal bed frame.
